nachstehend überreichen wir Euch eine wichtige Mitteilung von dem  WKF Weltpräsidenten Antonio Espinos, zur Kenntnisnahme.

Dear President,

It is with great pleasure that I inform you that the Organising Committee of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games (TOCOG) has proposed to the IOC Karate as an additional sport for these Olympic Games. The proposal includes the individual KATA categories (male and female) and the individual KUMITE categories (3 male categories and 3 female categories).

On a day like this, we can finally share our joy and satisfaction for the work performed during so many years and the achievement of this objective longed for.
